Vintage Steam Products, LLC

Vintage Steam Products, LLC is a direct result of the restoration of my own 1910 Stanley model 70, which you will see pictured throughout the site.

     This restoration began shortly after the purchase of the car in
August of 1978.  During the restoration, I found that many of the
parts I needed were hard to get. While talking to other Stanley
owners, I discovered that some of these people were looking for
the same items.  Since I had a fairly complete machine shop and
had made parts in the past for other antique cars, I started
making what I needed and often extras to supply others.  Before I
knew what had happened, I had a catalog and full-fledged
business.

     Today the Vintage Steam Products, LLC catalog contains over 80 items with several new items added each year. Since I have recently retired from my "real" job, and put my business on-line, I
hope to more easily reach current and new steam car enthusiasts.
The object is to make the restoration and maintenance of your
steam car less of a struggle.  I hope you enjoy this site and find it

Don and CJ are back from Maine and missing the cool weather and having fun with friends.

Since getting home, they have been working on Rebecca, our 1924 model 750. She enjoyed a successful outing a couple of weekends ago. We will be racing against an electric car and an internal combustion engine car this coming weekend at a local Horseless Carriage Club of America meeting.

The Stanley Sales and Service signs are now in the catalog. Part Number 980. $94.95 delivered directly from the manufacturer. They will be invoiced separately from other products you order.

We also have cylinder oil in 5 gallon pails or 1 gallon containers. We are taking orders for delivery at Hershey. We can ship the 1 gallon containers from here in Dallas. Check out part numbers 950-1 and 950-5 for more information.
